As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll help patients overcome challenges related to speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing while improving their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Your expertise helps patients regain confidence, strengthen connections, and achieve meaningful progress that impacts every aspect of daily living.

What You'll Do

• Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs
• Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License Required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Preferred
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
• Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Passion for Delivering Exceptional Patient-Centered Care
