Description

Human Touch Home Health Care is currently hiring a Human Resources Manager DMV area.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and directing all activities and programs relating to the recruitment, selection, retention, orientation, and development of the Human Touch Home Health employees. Acts as an advocate for organization personnel and collaborates with other Directors in Human Resources issues with a focus on helping our organization find and hire clinicians to serve our clients within home health.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordinate all daily human resources, operations, including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of human resource policies.
  2. Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission human resources regulatory requirements.
  3. The implementation of improved work methods and procedures to ensure that consistent employee recruitment, selection, retention, hiring practices, orientation and termination procedures are handled in accordance with applicable law and regulation.
  4. Works with the management team to identify recruitment needs and develops a recruitment plan designed to fill the demand and evaluates the cost-effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  5. Builds and monitor community perceptions of Human Touch Home Health as a high-quality employer.
  6. Coordinates and participates in community awareness and recruitment activities such as career fairs.
  7. Works with the management team in identifying employee education needs and develops orientation and continuing education programs for all employees.
  8. Recruits select orient all employees and directly manage members of the human resource team.
  9. Maintains a comprehensive library of resources to support employee education and development
  10. Maintains confidentiality of all employee information and files.
  11. Annually monitors personnel satisfaction with benefits and work environment and reports the results per organization practice.
  12. Focus on helping our organization find and hire clinicians to serve our clients within home health.
  13. Manage a full desk and support company growth through effective, consistent recruiting and retention activities.

Position Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. At least three years experience in health care management, preferably in-home care operations. Two years of experience in employee recruitment and training preferred.
  3. Knowledge of state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations relating to employment and
    Employee education.
  4. Knowledge of corporate business management.
  5. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
  6. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
  7. Talent Acquisition Professional with health care experience preferred.
  8. Must be able to source candidates through various job boards.
